We do not offer in-store pickup — all orders are shipped.

If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive the package, contact the carrier first; if they confirm non-delivery, email us with documentation for review**.
If your package was marked “Return to Sender”, we will issue store credit equal to the purchase price (shipping excluded) once we receive the package in our facility. **
*Weekends and holidays are not considered business days.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS / DUTIES
We ship worldwide.
International orders are sent DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid): duties, taxes, or customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility (unless your region offers prepayment at checkout). Duties and taxes may be shown at checkout. Please be aware that your country may charge additional tariffs or import fees upon delivery.
Local authorities set these charges and are outside of our control.
EXCHANGES
It is important to note that all sales are final; we do not offer refunds or exchanges. If you wish to return a product, please refer to our “PURCHASES & RETURNS” section.
Our online return portal will allow you to use your store credit during this process if you wish to replace the item you are returning with something that works better for you. (This will be based on availability.)
